Inclusive sport will again take centre stage in the Goulburn Valley with the 6th Annual Mooroopna All Abilities Football & Netball Carnival all locked in for another year – scheduled for Wednesday September 4 at the picturesque Mooroopna Recreation Reserve.

Now in its’ 6th year, the carnival has steadily grown into a feature event on the calendar of many day service providers and special development schools from right across Victoria, and 2019 is shaping up to be no different, with interest levels peaking exceptionally early for this years’ carnival.

Valley Sport Project Officer Jarryd Cutler says that the carnival is always a big feature on the calendar of inclusive events for the region:

“The carnival generates interest from participating organisations and partners many months in advance of the actual date, which is a testament to the reputation and legacy that this event has been able to develop over the 6 years of its’ existence”

“Having the backing of AFL Goulburn Murray and Netball Victoria in the day is invaluable to the cause, and the carnival as a whole wouldn’t be where it is today without their valuable input. We are looking forward to another great spectacle of inclusive sport in conjunction with these organisations.”

Teams are encouraged to register for the carnival ASAP to avoid missing out on the day, with only a limited number of team spaces available. Bookings can be made at the following links:
