
Round 1 of the Our Sporting Future Grant is now open!
This program has been established to assist community sporting organisations with the implementation of small to medium sized facility development projects and development programs for new and emerging sporting organisations across the shire.
Sport surface development, OHS and public safety improvements, lighting upgrades, pavilion upgrades, club development including access and participation programs, universal access improvement.
Minor
Minor will accommodate projects on a $1 to $1 basis requesting assistance from Council of up to, but not exceeding $15,000. Organisations may include up to 25% of the project cost as in-kind costs. Maximum of one successful funding application every two financial years per organisation.
Major
Major will accommodate projects on a $1 to $1 basis requesting assistance from the Council of up to, but not exceeding $30,000. There is no in-kind component for Major projects. Maximum of one successful application every four financial years per organisation.
Sports Aid
Sports Aid will provide funding between $500 and $5,000 (without matching contributions) for the following types of projects:
A maximum of 3 projects over five years, or a maximum contribution of $10,000 over a three year period per organisation.
