With the Goulburn Valley being a culturally diverse region of Victoria, our staff liase with clubs and community groups to assist in the integration of culturally and linguistically diverse citizens into our existing sporting and recreational clubs, while also supporting our clubs to provide an inclusive and understanding environment.
Through a tailored approach, sport and active recreation clubs involved in the program focus on areas such as the club environment, club policies, communication and advertising, including social media posts, language and equal representation, mentoring and role modelling, leadership, resources and workshops.
