Valley Sport have partnered with Linda Wilson from Elite Counselling and Consulting. Linda is a qualified, practicing counsellor and an experienced group facilitator. She has a strong passion to assist in the personal and professional development of others.
Valley Sport have identified Accidental Counsellor training that Linda delivers as a valuable way to teach club members how to effectively deal with difficult conversations and support others. The Accidental Counsellor Workshop provides the techniques and strategies to enable participants to successfully support those who are distressed, upset or generally requiring emotional support.
The workshop is aimed at Committee Members, Volunteers, Coaches and Club Members. If you or your club is interested in attending an Accidental Counsellor Training session please get in contact with us for more information on how this can be organised.
