About

The Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) is the required qualification to serve alcohol at any licensed venue in Victoria. If you need to serve alcohol as part of your job, this is the course for you.

You’ll learn the laws and regulations around alcohol, and how to serve alcohol correctly so you’re complying with the law.

Upon successful completion of the RSA Training session, participants deemed competent, will receive the Nationally recognised statement of attainment, as well as a Liquor Control Victoria (LCV) certificate that will be emailed to you within 48 (business) hours.

Your RSA registration will need to be updated every 3 years with Liquor Control Victoria. This can be done for free online and ensures continuity of your original certificate.

Successful completion of SITHFAB021 will award the participant with the following certificate.

  •  Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol (SITHFAB021)
*Before enrolling, please understand that in order to receive your certificates, you will be required to provide a Unique Student Identifier (USI). To obtain a USI or to verify yours if you already have one, go to usi.gov.au*

*For online course –  a requirement is that you must be able to read, speak and understand English as participants are required to record and upload a video as part of completion of a module.*
